Il progetto chiamato WiZard prevede l’acquisizione di servizi atti a progettare ed implementare da una parte un sistema organizzativo sostenibile, dall’altro un sistema produttivo al passo con le nuove disposizioni di I5.0: realizzare macchine interfogliatrice automatiche innovative e digitalizzate con elevata efficienza energetica, finalizzate alla lavorazione di prodotti “multifold”, fazzoletti di carta tissue piegati e interfogliati con 3 o 4 pannelli per foglio. WiZard è un progetto complesso che pone il suo fulcro nel coniugare la crescita e lo sviluppo dell’impresa con la sua efficienza ambientale.

Pertanto, il progetto si fonderà da una parte sulla misurazione e analisi dell’impatto effettivo e potenziale della nuova produzione (soprattutto in termini di efficienza energetica), dall’altra sull’analisi, misurazione e diagnosi dei processi produttivi nella logica dell’efficientamento e sostenibilità. Per svolgere il progetto di questa nuova macchina innovativa sarà necessario utilizzare le seguenti tipologie di servizi presenti nel catalogo dei servizi specialistici che rientrano nello schema DIGITALE & SOSTENBILE: B.6.2 Servizi per l’efficienza ambientale (servizio di classe A) B.6.3 Servizi per l’efficienza energetica (servizio di classe A) B.5.5 Manifattura avanzata (servizio di classe B)

Action 1.3.1 “Support for SME exports” Internationalization Call 2025

The project, called WiZard, involves the acquisition of services to design and implement, on the one hand, a sustainable organizational system and, on the other, a production system in line with the new I5.0 provisions: to create innovative, digitized automatic interleaving machines with high energy efficiency, designed to process “multifold” products, folded tissue paper handkerchiefs interleaved with 3 or 4 panels per sheet. WiZard is a complex project that focuses on combining the growth and development of the company with its environmental efficiency.

Therefore, the project will be based, on the one hand, on measuring and analyzing the actual and potential impact of the new production (especially in terms of energy efficiency) and, on the other hand, on analyzing, measuring, and diagnosing production processes with a view to improving efficiency and sustainability. In order to carry out the project for this new innovative machine, it will be necessary to use the following types of services listed in the catalog of specialist services that fall within the DIGITAL & SUSTAINABLE scheme: B.6.2 Services for environmental efficiency (class A service) B.6.3 Services for energy efficiency (class A service) B.5.5 Advanced manufacturing (class B service)
